The Ordinance on informing consumers about non-prepacked food (Articles 1.-10.) prescribes: definitions, responsibilities of food business operators, obligations and methods of providing information on substances and products that cause allergies and intolerances, as well as other information on non-prepacked food, as well as rules for providing information on non-prepacked food offered for sale by distance communication.
