Main requirements that the business user needs to know about

Pursuant to Article 9 of the Law, explosive substances may be placed on the market of the Republic of Croatia, when the Ministry of the Interior issued an approval for placing on the market and use thereof

Pursuant to Article 2 of the Ordinance, explosive substances are packed in appropriate inner and outer packaging, and all markings on the inner and outer packaging must be marked visibly, legibly and indelibly in the Croatian language.
